How to use it:

1. Before use, place the stick into a clean bottle filled with half a bottle of tap water or bottled water 

(if using bottled water, it is preferable to use water with a pH of 7 or higher). Shake vigorously for 30 seconds and discard. 

This helps remove excess loose minerals. Repeat this process two more times.

2. Refill the bottle with water again, shake vigorously for 30 seconds, and wait for 15-20 minutes before drinking. 

The longer the ion stick is immersed in water, the higher the negative potential (ORP) and pH value (up to pH 9.5) it will reach. 

If the taste is too strong, you can dilute it slightly with additional source water.

3. Use one stick for a 16-ounce bottle (500 milliliters). Use two sticks for a quart (1 liter) bottle,

5. It can be used approximately 300 times. The expiration time is based on the approximate time of how much water you drink.
