Condensate Neutralizing Granules for Neutralizers

Condensate neutralizing granules were designed by our group in 2017. It is made of several kinds of natural mining materials, binding with inorganic binding materials, rolling grains in a shaping machine, and is sintered in high temperatures of up to 1300 degrees.

This neutralizing granule is used for neutralizing condensing water. It is made of inorganic mineral materials and has advantages such as long service life, high hardness, good effect, etc. It can be utilized as a PH-adjusting material in the condensate neutralizer of gas, boilers, air conditioners, and water heaters. It can properly replace deficient neutralizing materials such as calcium carbonate, magnesium oxide, or neutralizing amine.

Why do we need condensation neutralization?

Condensing water, which is corrosive and will corrode equipment and pipes, is produced by gas boilers, air conditioners, and water heaters. Condensate water discharged into the ground in particular will erode the subterranean water supply network and cause heavy metal dissolution in the water supply. Condensing water discharge is strictly controlled in the US, Canada, the UK, and other nations. Acid water must first be neutralized before it is drained. In these nations, the condensing water is typically neutralized using substances like calcium carbonate, magnesium oxide, etc. In comparison, our neutralizing granules are more environmentally beneficial.

Product application

Small and medium-sized equipment, such as small boilers and medium-sized air conditioners, can have a condenser neutralizer installed in the drain systems. 2 kg–4 kg will be demanded by this system.
